PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Wolverine — BPC-157 (5mg) + TB-500 (5mg) Blend | 10mg | ≥99% Purity | Research-Grade
The most widely studied peptide combination in tissue biology research. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a 15-amino-acid synthetic gastric pentadecapeptide that has been investigated across hundreds of published studies for its effects on tissue repair signalling, VEGF upregulation, and nitric oxide system modulation. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, studied for its role in actin polymerisation, cell migration, and inflammatory pathway modulation via NF-kB. Preclinical research suggests the combination may produce synergistic effects across multiple phases of the tissue repair cascade.
BPC-157 has been studied for its effects on:
- Tissue repair signalling in tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal models
- Upregulation of growth hormone receptor expression and VEGF signalling
- Nitric oxide system modulation and angiogenesis
- Gut-brain axis interactions and gastrointestinal cytoprotection
TB-500 has been studied for its role in:
- Actin polymerisation and regulation of cell migration
- Systemic tissue remodelling and reduction of fibrosis in preclinical models
- Connective tissue flexibility and recovery in animal studies
- Modulation of inflammatory pathways including NF-kB
Preclinical research suggests that the combination of BPC-157 and TB-500 may produce complementary effects across multiple stages of the tissue repair cascade, from initial inflammation through to structural remodelling.
