FAQ's
Common questions about B.A.B.E LABS research peptides — purity standards, reconstitution, shipping, and research-use classification in Australia.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse via AusPost Express.
How long does shipping take?
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment. Domestic delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. International delivery is estimated between 12-20 days.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order is sent with an AusPost tracking number, which you'll receive via email once your order has been dispatched.
Does your shipping method protect the peptides?
Yes. All peptides are shipped lyophilised (freeze-dried) and packaged to avoid direct sunlight and temperature fluctuation, ensuring the integrity and stability of the product on arrival.
How should I store my peptides?
Unreconstituted (dry) peptides should be stored at 2-8°C (standard refrigerator temperature) away from direct light. Once reconstituted, peptides should remain refrigerated and used within 6 weeks for optimal stability.
What purity are your peptides?
All B.A.B.E LABS peptides are ≥99% purity, manufactured in GMP-compliant facilities, free of LPS, and verified by third-party RP-HPLC analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product on our Certificate of Analysis page.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Afterpay and other payment methods available at checkout.
What does "Research Use Only" mean?
All products sold by B.A.B.E LABS are intended strictly for scientific research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not approved for therapeutic, medical, or cosmetic use by any regulatory authority. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Are your products approved by the TGA?
No. Our products are research-grade compounds that have not been evaluated or approved by the TGA, FDA, or any international regulatory body for therapeutic use. They are sold exclusively as research chemicals for in vitro and laboratory use.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent third-party laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and quality of a compound. Every BABE LABS product is batch-tested and its COA is available for review on our Certificate of Analysis page.
What is the difference between Build-A-Bloke, Build-A-Babe, and Build-A-Brain?
These are our three product categories, each curated around a different area of research interest:
- Build-A-Bloke focuses on peptides commonly studied in performance, recovery, and body composition research.
- Build-A-Babe focuses on peptides commonly studied in skin health, beauty, and regenerative research.
- Build-A-Brain focuses on peptides and nootropic compounds commonly studied in cognitive function, sleep, mood, and neuroprotection research.
Some products appear across multiple categories where the research applications overlap.
What are peptide stacks?
A stack refers to a blend of two or more peptides combined into a single product. Stacks are formulated based on published research suggesting that certain peptides may produce complementary or synergistic effects when studied together. Each stack's individual components and their research profiles are detailed on the product page.
I'm new to peptides. Where do I start?
We recommend reading the individual product descriptions on our site, which outline the published research behind each compound. If you're unsure which products are relevant to your research interests, feel free to reach out via our Contact page and our team will point you in the right direction.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery is estimated between 12-20 days depending on location.
