RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

B.A.B.E LABS does not accept returns on research compounds. All sales are final. Review our policy before purchase.

Overview

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade lyophilised compounds), we maintain strict policies to ensure product integrity and safety. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. All sales are final. Please ensure you have selected the correct products and quantities before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with broken vials, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@mybabelabs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product(s)
  • Clear photographs of the packaging

We will assess the claim and, where approved, offer either a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items.

Incorrect Orders

If we have sent you the wrong product(s), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@mybabelabs.com with your order number and a photograph of the product(s) received. We will arrange for the correct product(s) to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Products Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at orders@mybabelabs.com. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. If the investigation confirms the parcel was lost, we will reship your order or provide store credit at our discretion.

If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows it is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us, as delays can occur with Australia Post.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any products. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the inability to verify storage conditions once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept any product back into our inventory.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email orders@mybabelabs.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued, it will be provided as a unique discount code valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
