Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We ship all orders via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart): 1 to 3 business days

Regional areas: 2 to 5 business days

Remote areas: 3 to 7 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.

Packaging

All products are packaged securely in tamper-evident, discreet packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible. We use insulated packaging where appropriate to maintain product integrity during transit.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at orders@mybabelabs.com with your order number and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or failed delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order at the customer's expense.
